"We kind of just [felt] like we had stolen a bunch of movie cameras and film and somehow they let us make this movie in this mall."

That is how funny man Seth Rogen ("Knocked Up") described his experience filming his newest movie "Observe and Report." The movie features Rogen as mall security guard Ronnie Barnhardt, who chases around a flasher, Tasers people and protects his mall from hoodlums, all the while falling in love with Brandi, the gorgeous flashing victim played by Anna Faris ("Scary Movie").

She's not as easy to fall in love with in this movie, however. "My character vomits…[Brandi and Ronnie] end up having sex, and it looks like I'm completely passed out. It really doesn't look that good," explains Faris.

The scene she is referring to did make it past censors and, along with some full frontal male nudity and multiple fight scenes, the movie obtained an "R" rating. And no, you don't get to see Rogen's twig and berries. I hope you just breathed a sigh of relief. However, if this news disappoints you, you can always check out his bare bottom in "Knocked Up."

Rogen's experience filming in a mall did heed some interesting information. When asked how to pick up women at a mall, Rogen joked, "Just masturbate in front in of them, if this movie teaches you anything."

As you can see, this is no ordinary comedy. "It's going to be sad, it's going to be weird, there's going to be…nudity in it, there's going to be violence and we're really not going to play it off for a joke," says writer/director Jody Hill.

"Observe and Report" is Hill's first major movie release, and the hype for it has been huge. However, this is the second mall-cop movie of the year, as Kevin James's "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" was released in January. If you have seen any Seth Rogen or Anna Faris movies, you should know that you can expect a film with a little something extra. Hill had all the confidence in the world directing Rogen and Faris. "I just feel really lucky because when you have two talented people like that…it's like an insurance policy."

One thing is for certain with a gathering of minds like these: weird craziness. Hill actually got the idea for this movie from his experiences as a child. "My dad used to own coffee stores in malls…I saw him get in many fights with security guards and I kind of started with that scene first and from there it just kind of grew…I was interested in doing something about…driving a character insane…like taking them to the edge of insanity and I kind of hate malls, so I thought that that would be a good place to do it."

The movie was released on April 10 nationwide and also stars Ray Liotta. So, if you like your comedies dark, violent, covered in vomit and inside a mall, this movie is for you.
